1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pwinph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the pwinph website located at pwinph.net and all associated gaming services provided through it.

3 Account Registration

pwinph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and GCash or Maya account ownership confirmation matching your registered pwinph details.

4 Deposits

All deposits on pwinph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currencies are accepted. pwinph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and Philippine bank transfer. The availability of specific deposit methods may vary and is displayed on the pwinph Deposit and Withdrawal page at the time of your transaction.

The minimum deposit on pwinph is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit is specified by default, but pwinph may impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion for responsible gaming, security, or compliance reasons.

Deposits are typically credited to your pwinph balance within minutes of a successful GCash or Maya transfer. InstaPay and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your bank or e-wallet provider. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pwinph account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to your verified GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank account. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your verified pwinph account.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pwinph is ₱200. Processing fees, if applicable, are displayed on the pwinph Withdrawal page before you confirm your request. pwinph does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time, but aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This includes submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and confirming your registered Philippine mobile number and payment account ownership. Verification is a one-time process unless your account details change.

pwinph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if the withdrawal is associated with a disputed deposit or an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been completed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pwinph — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, fish shooting games, bingo, or sports events — are final once confirmed. pwinph does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error on the part of pwinph is verified.

pwinph offers the following game categories, each subject to its own supplementary rules accessible within the respective game section:

• Casino Slots and Table Games: Governed by the rules of the individual game provider. Return-to-player percentages and game rules are displayed within each game.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

pwinph may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit amounts.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pwinph promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players with a single verified pwinph account. Players with multiple accounts are ineligible for any pwinph promotional offer.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus credits can be converted to withdrawable balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using a pwinph account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with pwinph support
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage on any pwinph game
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with any pwinph game or betting market
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any pwinph game or betting market
• Money laundering, or using the pwinph platform for any transaction that facilitates illegal activity under Philippine law
• Accessing pwinph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion, through the creation of a new account

9 Responsible Gaming

pwinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. Every pwinph account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:

10 Account Suspension and Termination

pwinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time of being requested
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder provided false information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Prolonged inactivity as defined in the pwinph Dormant Account Policy

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pwinph reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation determines that the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct, it may be forfeited. Any balance confirmed to be legitimately earned from permitted gaming activity will be returned to the player through their verified Philippine payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

pwinph is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the pwinph platform
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, maintenance, or events beyond pwinph's reasonable control
• Decisions made by a player in connection with any game or betting market on pwinph
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain password security

pwinph makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free of technical errors at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the pwinph platform or specific game types.

12 Privacy and Data

pwinph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Philippine data protection law. By registering a pwinph account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the pwinph Privacy Policy.

pwinph uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in accordance with the 21+ requirement
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer
• Detecting fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct
